Product introduction

 

Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer PCE is a superplasticizer specially developed for sulphoaluminate cement, ordinary Portland cement and high aluminum cement. Suitable for special cement (Portland cement + calcium aluminate cement + calcium sulfate) with high fluidity, high strength mortar, concrete, etc.

Fields of application

 

1. High water reduction rate (. Can make the mortar water reduction rate of more than 25%, in the case of the same mortar water, greatly improve the fluidity of the mortar.)
2. It is suitable for self-leveling mortar and concrete developed by special cement such as sulphoaluminate cement and high aluminum cement
3. Good compatibility with other additives, such as citric acid and tartaric acid
4. Free of free formaldehyde and ammoniathe product is green, non-toxic and harmless

Usage method

 

Pre-mixed with other dry powder components, then packaged, and mixed with recommended water on site.
The recommended addition amount is 0.01%-0.30% of the cementing material, which should be determined according to the preliminary test of raw materials and construction specifications before use.

Storage Condition

 

The product should be stored in a dry, clean environment, in its original packaging and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to fail, but it is a hydrophilic product, if the storage environment is poor, it will slowly inhale water, it is recommended to follow the principle of first in first out when using. If the product is not used up, the packaging must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture intrusion.
